Is the event going to be rescheduled? 

The 2020 MedHub User Conference will not be rescheduled for a date later this year. Instead we hope that you will join us at the 2021 MedHub User Conference, which is planned for October 4 – 6, 2021 at the JW Marriot in Nashville, TN. We will contact you when registration for the 2021 event is open. 


 

Will I be reimbursed? 

Yes, we are refunding all attendees’ registration fees effective immediately, and no further action is needed on your part. 


 

How soon can I expect to be reimbursed? 

Due to the volume, we expect you will receive your refund in 30 days. We appreciate your patience and understanding. 


 

How will I be reimbursed? 
 

  • If you paid by credit card, your registration fees will be refunded back to the credit card used for payment.  
  • If your institution was invoiced and has not yet paid the invoice, you do not need to send payment and the invoice will be voided in our system.  

  • If your institution has already paid the invoice, we will reach out to determine where to send the refund. 


 

Can I just apply my registration to the 2021 event? 
 

  • If you paid by credit card, unfortunately we cannot transfer your registration to 2021, you will receive a refund back to the credit card you used for payment.​ 
  • If you paid by invoice and would like to transfer your registration, please let us know by May 15th and we will reach out with a code to use when registering for the 2021 event. If you have an outstanding invoice we will follow up as normal to get payment. 


 

Do I need to cancel my hotel reservation? 

Yes, if you have made hotel reservations, you are responsible for making your own cancellations. 


 

Do you plan to host the event virtually in 2020? 

The option to host the 2020 MedHub User Conference virtually is under consideration. We’d love your feedback on this approach. 


 

I received my registration as part of our institution's services agreement/contract. If the event is canceled, do we get a credit or something else?

Will I automatically be a presenter for the 2021 event?  

We will reach out next year to see if you are still interested in presenting at the conference. ​ 


 

Will you expect me to present virtually if you decide to go that direction?  

We will reach out to discuss whether you would be interested in presenting virtually if we host the 2020 MedHub User Conference virtually.
